This Privacy Policy explains how SFP Masterclass handles information collected through this website, ticket order forms, payment instruction pages, email, and event communications.
Notice at collection
We collect buyer information, email address, phone number, mailing address, ticket selections, order totals, selected payment method, dietary or seating notes, payment confirmation details you provide, and basic website operation data. We use this information to process ticket orders, coordinate payment, send confirmations, mail wristbands, administer the event, respond to questions, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain records, and comply with law.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers and payment processors
Ticket orders are processed through Netlify Forms. Credit-card payment is handled through ConvergePay or another payment processor shown on the payment page. Zelle and check payments are handled through the instructions provided after order submission. Payment processors may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclosures
We may disclose information to event organizers, administrators, payment processors, email or form providers, hosting providers, professional advisors, and vendors who need it for event, payment, ticketing, security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as reasonably needed for ticketing, payment reconciliation, event administration, legal compliance, tax or accounting records, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance. California residents may have additional privacy rights depending on the information and relationship involved. We may need to verify your request before responding.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. Orders should be submitted by adults or with appropriate permission.
