Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of this website and ticket order flow for SFP Masterclass 2026. Additional event rules, venue rules, payment processor terms, and communications from the event team may also apply.
Ticket orders and payment
Submitting the order form does not guarantee admission until the order is accepted and payment is received or confirmed. Payment is due according to the instructions shown after order submission. Credit-card payments may include the disclosed processing fee.
Refunds, transfers, and event changes
All ticket sales are final. Tickets may be transferred as described by the event team, but no refunds will be made. If the event is rescheduled because of natural disaster or similar circumstances, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless the event team provides different written instructions.
Venue and attendee responsibilities
Attendees must follow venue rules, event instructions, safety requirements, and applicable law. The event team may refuse entry or remove attendees for unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
Website content
Website information is provided for event planning and ticket ordering. Dates, schedule, benefits, catering, seat availability, and logistics may change. Site content may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
Third-party services
The site uses Netlify Forms for order submission and may link to ConvergePay or other payment services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

The website is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to website use.
