Ticket Confirmation

Your ticket order will be processed upon receipt of both your Ticket Order Form and your Payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email listed on your order.

Ticketed wristbands will be mailed approximately two weeks before the Masterclass. Tickets purchased within two weeks of the event may be picked up at the venue.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets may be transferred, but no refunds will be made. Transfer information will be included with your tickets.

In the event of natural disaster (earthquake or wildfire), the Masterclass will be rescheduled and your tickets will remain valid.
